What we collect, and why.

What: your name, work email, company and role.

Why: to open The Phase-by-Phase Media Playbook for you, and to send you a few emails about it. Every email has a working unsubscribe link and our postal address.

How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a do-not-email list, so we never write to you again.

What: your name, company, work email, phone number, the time you picked, and, if you choose to tell us, how many jobs you have running and how many field employees.

Why: only to set up the meeting or the call you asked for, and to follow up on it. We call or email you ourselves; we don’t send automated texts or calls.

How long: up to two years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

The services that run the forms for us: our email provider (which delivers the form to our inbox and sends the playbook emails) and, if you book through the calendar, our scheduling provider. They process it on our behalf and for no other purpose. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your choice of dark or light mode is kept in your own browser and never sent to us. If analytics are switched on, they are cookieless and count visits without identifying you.

Ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, at the contact address on this page. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. Depending on where you live, your state’s law may give you more rights; we honour them.

This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
